- „Casa Holiday“ makes every effort to ensure that the description of all properties that it advertises for rent, whether on behalf of the Owners or Managers, is accurate. In the case of changes to the property that 'CasaHoliday.com' has not been notified of, then 'CasaHoliday.com' undertakes to act as an intermediary only during any disputes. The information given in the internet has been compiled with all reasonable care and is published in good faith. We have done our best to ensure accuracy and that none of the facts given is knowingly false or misleading. However, we cannot be held liable for changes which occur subsequently without our knowledge and therefore outside our reasonable control.
- When making a Booking, it is the Lead Passengers responsibility to make sure that the property has adequate sleeping accommodation. Each property advertised has a maximum number of guests allowed and any extra guests that 'CasaHoliday.com' was not notified of - or agreed to - will be subject to expulsion from the Property.
- „Casa Holiday“ acts as an intermediary between the person making the Booking (the Lead Passenger) and the Owners or Managers of the property Booked. 'CasaHoliday.com' cannot be held responsible for any disputes between the two parties. 'CasaHoliday.com' will only act as an intermediary between the two parties to the best of its ability in the case of any dispute. If the client is dissatisfied with the property rented, then 'CasaHoliday.com' will act only to allow both parties in dispute to make agreement - whatever that may be. The dispute will not be deemed to be between the Lead passenger and 'CasaHoliday.com'.
- 'CasaHoliday.com' objective is to offer the independent traveller a choice of accommodation in Portugal, along with allied services of flights and car hire. In all cases we act as agents for the providers of these services and it is the customer's responsibility to understand and accept the provider's conditions and liabilities. These booking conditions are the terms on which you contract with us. In signing the booking form you are irrevocably bound by them.
- ' CasaHoliday.com' cannot guarantee that during a clients stay the clients will be visited by a representative of 'CasaHoliday.com'. The Agency does hope to meet with as many clients as possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. In all cases clients will be given a contact telephone number of a member of the Agency who will be available to answer clients questions, and assist in cases where the member of the Agency is able to assist. The Agency cannot guarantee that this member of staff will be 'on call' all times of the day, or all days of the week. It is the intention of the Agency to provide as much assistance to its clients whilst they are in the Algarve as possible.
- Provisional bookings will be accepted by e-mail, post, telephone or in person but will not be confirmed unless payment has been made by a transfer. Late bookings will be accepted in the same way, but it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all payments are cleared. All confirmations will be made in writing. We reserve the right to decline any booking. A binding contract only comes into force once we have accepted your booking and issued our receipt.
- If payment is not received in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you and to apply cancellation charges set out in paragraph below. For bookings made within 60 days before arriving, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation by you
Should you need to cancel your holiday once it has been confirmed, you must immediately advise us in writing. Cancellation charges will then be payable as set out below. These charges are calculated from the date written notice of the cancellation is received. The cancellation charges are a percentage of the total price of the rental accommodation you have booked excluding flights and car hirings and any amendment charges, which are non refundable in any event.

- Properties and your responsibilities
In choosing a holiday from our brochure you have decided to stay in a property that is privately owned and located in a relatively undeveloped region of Europe. You should therefore set your expectations accordingly. Most surprises will, we trust, be pleasant ones. However, you must be aware that there may be interruptions to water supplies and electricity during your stay and the standards of plumbing and water heating equipment are likely to be inferior to those you are accustomed to in Northern Europe. When items of electrical equipment fail it is not always possible to have them repaired in the same short space of time that you would expect at home. Cooking is normally by gas supplied in cylinders, which may need changing when empty. Where maid service is provided it is by local ladies who keep the villa as clean and tidy as possible within the restrictions placed upon them by your own use of the villa they are not personal valets or cooks. Rubbish collections are from communal bins rather than house to house. You will probably encounter more animals, birds and insects than you would at home and unless you take adequate precautions you will have problems with ants and mosquitoes. Dogs in Portugal normally live outside rather than in their owners houses and as such you will hear and see more of them than you would at home. The fittings and furniture in any villa are very much to the personal taste of the owner of the property, whereas we will always try to give a fair description of the interior of the villa, the choice of furniture, decoration etc is not a matter we have influence over or can be held responsible for. At all times you are responsible for care of the property and its fittings, fixtures and furniture. You are responsible for avoiding causing nuisance to others by anyone in your party. You are responsible for leaving your holiday accommodation in good order and replacing or paying for any items or equipment that are broken or damaged during your stay. You are responsible for all members of the party taking proper precautions to ensure their own safety and should take proper regard for the dangers posed to small children by the proximity of swimming pools to the accommodation areas. Under no circumstances should the numbers notified to us in advance be exceeded, overnight guests and large social gatherings are not permitted. The owner's agents are entitled to refuse admission and/or request chose in excess of the maximum permitted number to leave immediately.
- JURISDICTION:
The contract and all matters arising from it shall be governed by Portugies Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Portugal.

"Casaholiday.com" has no control over or association with such third party sites and no responsibility in relation to the accuracy, completeness and quality of the information contained within them. Any and all contents on these external web sites do not reflect products, services or information provided by.'CasaHoliday.com' . You should direct any concerns regarding any external link to the site administrator or webmaster of such site.
